longest solar eclipse of the 21st century

So this is it… my last blog post for a good 2-3 weeks while I head off to jazzy London! But enough that… Yesterday people around the world and those in Asia especially had the wonderful opportunity (almost seven minutes) to witness the Solar Eclipse. Unfortunately, here in Chiba, Japan, I wasn’t able to witness the cosmo’s natural work of art due to bad weather. However, the skies did darken slightly. I have seen one before in my teenage years, so not too sad. A beautiful sight to behold indeed! In this post I have included my favourite photo of yesterday’s Solar Eclipse, extracted from the Internet. This photo was taken on board an aircraft by Shreya Sahai over Patna, India. Enjoy and bye for now!
